weekend Today ran quite an extensive story, The HIP side of talent Search which interesting suggested that we are now the HUNTED not the HUNTERS in recruitment… recruitment firms and HR departments are finding the value of the likes of facebook, LinkedIn and even Second Life to HUNT out people that might fit their organization. The idea makes perfect sense as long as people within these online communities are honest..but be cautioned don’t be too open in your virtual lives, something undesirable could be lurking in your past which may appear harmless to you but could send you to the virtual reject pile – itsReal
For those that still prefer to be Hunter not the HUNTED, I found a new specialist jobs and careers recruitment site for Singapore called BestJobs.sg it currently has almost 50,000 jobs in its search engine which is powered by recruit.net – Happy Hunting
