Not much makes me sit up and take notice, however the ad calmly displayed on the front page 0f the TODAY newspaper announcing JCPenny was open, did just that ! How quietly they made this happen, with a BIG brand from America is astonishing… So, JCPenny is here minus the Bricks & Mortar, sorry commercial property market consultants, lets observe and wish them well, Singapore’s hi-tech landscape should sustain the ventures mission.
