just saw the afc program on robert rainford in KL
badly organised – kitchen in chaos, 6 assistant cooks (student?) didn’t turn out, food preparation not to Robert Rainford expectation…..
then the crisis materialized……at the dinner, it is delayed for 1.5hr bec waiting for VVIP to arrived – the good food is ruined.
Feel embarassed for Msia – the final part of the program is at Spore and all the good comment on efficiency and professionalism.
We never learn – feel very depressed
