THREE Aussies who went to Silicon Valley to start a web company have just sold their fledgling business to video juggernaut YouTube for a reported $15 million cash.
Expats Ryan Junee, Julian Frumar and Simon Ratner are all co-founders of Omnisio, described on the company’s website as “the world’s first video rich application”.
Omnisio, which launched less than six months ago, lets users slice up YouTube clips to make their own videos with extra comments, audio, and images overlaid on top.
