Case studies are a wonderful. I honestly don’t know why more businesses aren’t using them.
Even though I write case studies full time, what I picked up from Barbara’s article was the idea of taking readers “behind the scenes.” It’s like a tour of your shop, they come away with a better understanding of your focus on quality or any aspect of your business that you put painstaking effort into.
Case studies are also excellent tools to show how you helped customers. Turn any positive feedback into a customer success story and you have a case study that can be put on your web site, sent out as PR material or used as a print ad.
